By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 399pk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any winnings generated by an underage user shall be forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 399pk is lawful in your specific location within Pakistan or elsewhere. 399pk makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Accessing 399pk from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is strictly your responsibility and is done entirely at your own risk.
3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one Account on 399pk. Opening or operating multiple Accounts – whether under your own name, an alias, or through a third party – is strictly prohibited. 399pk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with them.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. You must promptly notify 399pk of any changes to your registered details. Providing false information, including a false identity or age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Pakistani Mobile Number. A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for registration and for receiving verification codes. This number must remain active and accessible to you for the duration of your use of the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 399pk login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
4.2 You must notify 399pk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 399pk will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.3 399pk will never ask for your password through any customer support channel. Any communication claiming to be from 399pk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
4.4 399pk recommends that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 399pk accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing times. 399pk shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The first withdrawal request on any Account will trigger a verification review. You must withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used for deposits on your Account.
5.4 Withdrawals of Bonus Funds. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Only Real Money Balance may be withdrawn without restriction, subject to KYC and any applicable account-level conditions.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 399pk complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. 399pk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time. Transactions suspected of facilitating money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be immediately suspended.
6.1 All 399pk bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issuance, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.
6.2 399pk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional abuse – including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value – is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on 399pk are final once confirmed. 399pk shall not be liable for any errors in bet placement made by the Player.
7.2 399pk reserves the right to void any bet or wager in circumstances including, but not limited to, technical malfunction, obvious pricing error, suspected match fixing, or bet placement in breach of these Terms.
7.3 All casino games on 399pk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or operate through licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are independent, and no outcome is influenced by previous results.
7.4 In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the Platform and information held in 399pk's system records, the system records shall prevail.

10.2 399pk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by 399pk's negligence.
11.1 399pk is committed to providing responsible gaming tools to all registered players. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in your 399pk Account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and no marketing communications will be sent to self-excluded players.
11.3 Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from using 399pk. Any person who suspects a minor is accessing the Platform must report this to 399pk support immediately.

12.1 399pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance requirements, or any other reason deemed appropriate at 399pk's sole discretion.
12.2 Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Balance and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.
12.3 Players who have not breached these Terms may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting 399pk support. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned via the Player's registered payment method subject to KYC clearance.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 399pk, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 399pk support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the dispute through the appropriate legal channels. 399pk's decisions on gaming disputes, bonus awards, and account determinations shall be final and binding except where applicable law provides otherwise.
399pk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via account notification or email. Your continued use of the 399pk Platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
